No refunds of the registration fees will be given for cancellation requests received after October 10, 2024. In the case that the Organisers of the event are unable to deliver it in the format originally envisaged (hybrid format, with in person and online participation) and are forced to hold the event in a fully online format or to cancel it permanently, due to acts of God, war, civil commotion, fire, flood or other casualty, labor difficulties, shortages of labor, materials or equipment, government regulations, unusually severe weather, or other causes beyond its reasonable control, the Organisers shall not be liable to any other party for any damages resulting from this situation, and shall not refund registration fees. In the event of an in-person meeting cancellation, the Organizers will use best efforts to move the workshop to fully online and provide presentations remotely.
