Postdoctoral Researcher in the field of integrated assessment modeling of climate change and inequality at PIK, Germany
PIK’s Research Department Transformation Pathways – combines expertise on economic and integrated assessment modeling with state-of-the art biophysical impact modeling. In combination with the Future Lab on Inequality this provides a unique environment to push research on the links between climate change and inequality to a new frontier. Avenues for direct stakeholder engagement and high-level policy advise give the opportunity to use research results to make a difference.
For the Macroeconomic modeling group at PIK, we are offering the following position: Post-doctoral Researcher (m/f/d) (Position number: 35-2022-Postdoc Inequality) in the field of integrated assessment modeling of climate change and inequality, starting as soon as possible.
The position is funded for 2 years with an option for an extension. Remuneration is in accordance with the German public tariff scheme (TV-L Brandenburg), salary group E 13. This is a full-time position with a weekly working time of 40 hours per week. Appointment is conditional on approval by the funding agency.
