MCC’s Applied Sustainability Science (APSIS) group is looking for a post-doctoral research position in policy impact evaluation.
The successful candidate will focus on evaluating the potential of household actions to contribute to energy demand and CO2 emissions reductions through behavioral changes, alongside adopting and using new technologies. To understand what policy interventions work, where, under what conditions and why, MCCuses state-of-the-art systematic review and meta-analysis methods and contribute to their further development. Specific policy learning will be derived for the case of Germany. For this, machine learning is necessary to conduct rapid and comprehensive systematic reviews.
