IAMC Advisory Council: appointment of new members

The mandates of some of the members of the IAMC Advisory Council terminated on 31 October 2022. The 5 people who ranked highest according to IAMC Scientific Steering Committee Member institutions representatives’ votes were invited and accepted to join or to renew their mandate in the Advisory Council:

  • Leon Clarke, Bezos Earth Fund
  • Laura Cozzi, International Energy Agency
  • Allen Fawcett, US Environmental Protection Agency
  • Nebojsa Nakicenovic, Chief Scientific Advisor to the European Commission
  • Surabi Menon, ClimateWorks
